Promise 1   We design our jewellery with love, and we carefully pick the workshops we work with (all over the world) to make sure that not only are they skilled in their particular area of jewellery making, but also that they care as much about quality as we do. 

Promise 2  We strive to give the best customer service we can and to make sure we go out of our way (if humanly possible!)  to get that necklace strung, or that ring resized, in time for that fabulous party this weekend or your flight the day after tomorrow. 

Promise 3  Our gold jewellery is gold vermeil and we have it plated to the very highest standard.  If for any reason you have any problems, and you have looked after it according to our jewellery care instructions, we will happily replate it free of charge within the first eighteen months.
